Job Title: Senior HR Head Department: Human Resources Reports to: CEO / Director of HR Location: Ajmer Road, DCM, Jaipur Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Head with 3–4 years of experience to lead and manage the HR functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent. Oversee employee engagement programs, team development, and retention strategies. Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws. Handle performance management systems, appraisals, promotions, and career development plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports on workforce trends, attrition, and performance. Drive initiatives related to training, learning, and development. Lead HR projects including organization development, employee wellness programs, and culture-building initiatives. Key Requirements 3–4 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to end-to-end HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Hands-on experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS) is a plus. Pay: ₹350,518.76 - ₹1,658,094.30 per year
