Duties & Responsibilities of Senior HR & Admin1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR policies and administrative systems aligned with business goals
- Advise management on HR, administrative, and organizational matters
- Support organizational change and workforce planning
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist the GM to oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate induction programs and documentation
- Ensure smooth joining and exit processes
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive work environment and company culture
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs
4. Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs
- Guide the company on performance improvement plans
- Align performance outcomes with training
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs
- Support leadership development and succession planning
6. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Manage payroll processing and salary administration
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance systems
7. HR Policies, Compliance & Legal
- Develop, update, and enforce HR and admin policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and audits
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation
8. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee office administration and facilities
- Ensure availability of office supplies
