Duties & Responsibilities of Senior HR & Admin1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR policies and administrative systems aligned with business goals
  • Advise management on HR, administrative, and organizational matters
  • Support organizational change and workforce planning

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Assist the GM to oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate induction programs and documentation
  • Ensure smooth joining and exit processes

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture
  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs

4. Performance Management

  • Manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs
  • Guide the company on performance improvement plans
  • Align performance outcomes with training

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Support leadership development and succession planning

6. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits

  • Manage payroll processing and salary administration
  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance systems

7. HR Policies, Compliance & Legal

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR and admin policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and audits
  • Maintain employee records and statutory documentation

8. Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee office administration and facilities
  • Ensure availability of office supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
