Senior HR Manager

India

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both front- and back-of-house staff, develop employer branding strategies, and utilize various channels to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding & Training:Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and oversee continuous training and development for all employees to maintain service and quality standards.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:Serve as a link between management and employees, handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work culture.
  • HR Policy & Compliance:Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Performance Management:Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and providing feedback to support career development.
  • Payroll & Benefits:Manage payroll processes, administer benefits programs, and ensure competitive compensation structures to support employee retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience:Previous experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry, is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and payroll software.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and employment practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
