1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure hiring of qualified candidates.
- Oversee joining formalities, collect required documentation, and provide new employees with safety kits, stationery, ID cards, etc.
2. HR Policies, Compliance & Legal
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements such as PF, PT, Factory Act, Labour Welfare Fund, ER1, and ER2.
- Respond to government queries on labor law compliance and attend visits to government offices as needed.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Maintain an employee grievance register and ensure timely resolution of all employee concerns.
- Issue warning letters and conduct disciplinary actions when required, following established HR protocols.
4. Payroll & Timekeeping
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
5. Performance Management
- Implement and manage a structured performance appraisal system based on JDs, KRAs, and KPIs.
6. Training & Development
- Develop and execute training programs covering compliance, safety, soft skills, and employee engagement.
- Maintain an annual training calendar and ensure employee awareness of job responsibilities and safety requirements.
7. HR Operations & Records Management
- Maintain employee files, training records, compliance documents, and factory licenses.
- Handle full and final settlements, ensuring smooth exit formalities and legal compliance.
- Process TADA (Traveling and Daily Allowance) reimbursements for eligible staff.
8. HR Technology & MIS
- Manage the HRMIS and support the development and enhancement of HR software systems.
9. Labor & Contract Management
- Coordinate with contract labor agencies for manpower supply, wage disbursement, issue resolution, etc.
10. Employee Benefits & Insurance
- Coordinate with mediclaim agencies for enrollment, documentation, claims, and hospital visits.
11. Transportation & Administration
- Oversee daily operations of transport and cab services to ensure employee safety and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct daily plant rounds (morning and evening), verify housekeeping checklists, and share updates via WhatsApp to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
