- Immediate Joiner Required for Senior HR Manager
- Experience Required: 8 to 16 years
- Lead and oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee engagement, and payroll.
- Act as a strategic partner to top management, aligning HR policies with the organization’s vision and business goals.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and review the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance appraisal systems, rewards & recognition programs, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee development programs, including training needs analysis, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
- Ensure labour law compliance under Factory Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and other applicable laws.
- Handle disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, and employee relations to maintain a healthy work culture.
- Oversee HR audits and prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review.
- Provide guidance to the HR team and mentor junior HR professionals to strengthen the department’s capabilities.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as a liaison with government authorities, consultants, and legal advisors to ensure smooth handling of HR and compliance matters.
- Play a crucial role in change management initiatives, including restructuring, policy updates, or digital transformation in HR systems.
- Manage the annual HR budget, including manpower planning, training costs, and employee welfare expenses.
