Senior HR Manager

Overview

My client is looking for an experienced senior HR Manager to work for a contractor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic chance for the right candidate to further their career in the Middle East and build on their career.

The candidate must have 5 years of experience working for a construction company. Good working knowledge of visa processes. Must have experience of starting up and restructuring HR. The candidate must be Arabic speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR startup initiatives and restructuring efforts within a construction industry context.
• Manage and optimise visa processes for employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to align HR practices with business needs in a contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles within a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes.
• Experience in starting up and restructuring HR functions.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
