- Strategic HR management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
- Talent acquisition and management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.
- Employee relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations and disciplinary actions in compliance with hospital policies and labor laws.
- Performance and development: Manage the performance appraisal process, conduct reviews, and develop and implement training programs to foster employee growth and development.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and compliant.
- Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Leadership and mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff and support hospital management on HR best practices.
- HR analytics and reporting: Monitor key HR metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management on topics like turnover, cost-per-hire, and employee engagement.
