Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support organizational growth through effective workforce planning and talent management.
- Collaborate with leadership for forecasting HR needs and succession planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment for key positions across departments.
- Ensure a structured and engaging onboarding process for new hires.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Foster a positive work culture through feedback and communication mechanisms.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
4. Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal and goal-setting cycles.
- Ensure timely feedback and reviews across all teams.
- Support managers in coaching, mentoring, and performance development.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
- Facilitate leadership and skill development workshops.
- Measure training effectiveness and track employee growth metrics.
6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee record management.
7. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and review salary structures and incentive plans.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll and benefits administration.
- Benchmark compensation to maintain market competitiveness.
8. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and dispute resolution.
- Implement fair and transparent grievance redressal systems.
- Promote discipline, trust, and mutual respect within the organization.
9. HR Systems & Analytics
- Implement and maintain HRMS tools for effective data management.
- Prepare HR dashboards and analytical reports for leadership.
- Use HR analytics for insights on hiring, engagement, and retention.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Support organizational change management and internal communication.
- Liaise with external consultants and agencies when required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.
- Manage HR audits, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
