JOB DESCRIPTION HR

Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

 Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent

 Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system

 Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers

 Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations

Employee Relations:

 Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns

 Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions

 Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline

 Manage the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees

Compensation and Benefits:

 Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs

 Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages

 Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits

 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

Compliance:

 Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including EEO laws, labor laws, and health and safety regulations

 Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

 Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related fields

 10 -15 years of proven HR work experience.

 Strong knowledge of employment law

 Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

 Exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training.

 Excellent problem-solving skills.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.

 Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
