We are assisting one of the UAE’s leading and most respected group, in identifying a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function for its large-scale construction division.
The role requires a strategic HR leader with hands-on experience managing large workforces across white- and blue-collar categories, driving people strategy, and aligning HR operations with the business’s growth and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall HR strategy, policies, and systems for the construction division.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Drive organizational culture, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Partner with business heads to align HR practices with operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within large Building construction organizations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale manpower operations and drive strategic HR transformation.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- UAE experience is essential.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
