Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Manage the development of job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interview processes, and job offers.
- Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with company goals, policies, and

- Provide guidance and support to managers on managing performance, conducting disciplinary actions, and addressing workplace concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

- Support managers in addressing performance issues and coaching employees for career growth.
- Track and report on employee performance data to senior leadership.
- Ensure that employee compensation and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation for all HR-related processes and actions to remain legally compliant.
- Support the design and implementation of leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Lead organizational development efforts and support change management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with privacy laws.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and data analysis for leadership.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, leave requests, and performance reviews.

Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Experience in managing HR compliance, policies, and legal matters.
