Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce effectiveness.
  • Analyze HR metrics related to employee turnover, performance, engagement, and productivity.
  • Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards for leadership to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure HR data integrity by maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR processes.
  • Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems.
  • Monitor employee performance against KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
  • Support managers in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for teams.
  • Provide training and guidance on performance evaluation methods and KPI tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws/regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
