Responsibilities:
- Develop and track HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics related to employee turnover, performance, engagement, and productivity.
- Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards for leadership to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure HR data integrity by maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR processes.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Monitor employee performance against KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
- Support managers in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for teams.
- Provide training and guidance on performance evaluation methods and KPI tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws/regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
