Senior HR Officer

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional to join our team lead with integrity and strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in labor law compliance and a passion for nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure complete knowledge of labor laws set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation

2. Lead HR initiatives aligned with business goals

3. Oversee recruitment, employee benefits, and compensation programs

4. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies

5. Promote healthy employee relations and resolve conflicts efficiently

6. Mentor and guide the HR team with strong leadership

7. Foster a workplace culture of growth, inclusion, and accountability

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in senior-level HR roles

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Strong interpersonal and people management capabilities

4. Thorough knowledge of recruitment practices and employee benefits

5. Ability to ensure legal and ethical compliance across all HR activities
