HR Manager & HR Executives - Arab Nationals

We require an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resources operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Oversee performance management and disciplinary procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR procedures
• Good English communication (Arabic preferred)
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
