HR GENERALIST

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law, and support the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and other relevant government regulations
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and maintain accurate HR records
  • Handle LMRA, GOSI, and other governmental processes and documentation
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives
  • Advise managers on HR best practices and policy implementation
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws
  • Assist in resolving employee queries and HR-related issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Bahrain
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience with LMRA, GOSI, and other local regulatory processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

✔ Available for immediate joining
✔ Practical experience in Bahrain HR operations
