Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and basic HR operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
- Assist with LMRA, GOSI, and other government-related documentation
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll coordination and leave management
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and filing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in Bahrain)
- Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
- Familiarity with LMRA and GOSI processes is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
