Role Overview
The HR Manager is a strategic and operational role reporting directly to the CEO. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of all employee-related functions, ensuring the development of robust recruitment policies, seamless payroll administration, and full compliance with local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Policies & Procedures:
Design and implement end-to-end recruitment policies; manage the entire hiring process including sourcing, interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding readiness.

Payroll & Benefits:
Lead the administration of payroll, employee benefits, and talent-related financial coordination to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, system access, and all required documentation.

Labor Compliance:
Ensure all employee contracting and HR practices are in strict compliance with Bahrain labor regulations and legal standards.

HR Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare, maintain, and manage comprehensive HR and operational reports for the CEO and leadership team.

Records & Confidentiality:
Maintain high-security standards for accurate and confidential employee records (both digital and physical).

Internal Coordination:
Facilitate internal communications and cross-functional coordination across local and regional teams on all HR-related matters.

Ad-hoc Tasks:
Additionally execute any ad-hoc tasks and initiatives assigned in a timely manner.
Key Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expertise:
Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, including payroll and recruitment policy development.

Compliance:
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and HR best practices.

Professionalism:
High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work closely with the CEO on sensitive matters.

Environment:
Experience in fintech, technology, or fast-paced multinational environments is highly preferred.
