HR ADMIN

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will support daily HR and administrative operations while ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding documentation)
  • Prepare employment contracts and related HR letters
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company regulations
  • Handle LMRA, GOSI, visa, and other government-related documentation
  • Track attendance, leave records, and support payroll preparation
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role (preferably in Bahrain)
  • Working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
  • Experience handling LMRA and GOSI processes is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
