HR & Admin Officer

Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Officer performs day-to-day human resources operations and office administration; including developing an effective HR function in the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR activities in an employee’s Life Cycle, including Engagement & Onboarding, Probation, Training and Development, Performance Management and Disengagement.
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR and Administration operations such as recruitment, processing of attendance and leaves, general admin duties, etc.
  • Work closely with Corporate HR Department to develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies and external partners pertaining to HR matters.
  • Work within the framework of Corporate and ISO requirements.
  • Maintain proper and accurate filing system of HR and Administration records.
  • Build a healthy and positive work culture and environment.
  • Stay abreast of local Labour Laws and Saudization regulations, requirements and changes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Candidate must be Saudi national.
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven in-house HR working experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Experience in a Human Resources role, with knowledge and understanding of HR administration, policies & procedures, including in-depth knowledge of the Saudi Labour Law.
  • Experience in contacting and cooperating closely with KSA Government authorities and/or Ministries; and familiar with using government portals such as QIWA, GOSI, etc.
  • Previous HR experience in manufacturing industry is advantages.
  • Possess counselling skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and systematic.
  • Possess high level of integrity and confidentially of company’s sensitive information.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
