Senior HR Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management strategies.

Experience Required:

3 to 5 years in Human Resources or a related HR management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Maintain employee records, HR database, and documentation accurately
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback
  • Support training and development initiatives for employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Assist management in workforce planning and organizational development
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)
