HR Manager - Rawalpindi

Job Description

  • Recruitment: Defining job descriptions and Ads for job placement, checking, sorting and evaluating job application forms, creating candidate shortlists, conducting primary interviews and arranging final interviews.
  • Drafting of Staff contracts.
  • Update attendance records.
  • Devising and implementing HR policies.
  • Administering payroll.
  • Dealing with staff claims.
  • Maintenance of staff records including contracts and personal files.
  • Communicate notices, meeting schedules and important instructions.

General tasks:

  • Handling staff complaints, and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Carrying out appraisals and salary reviews.
  • Working closely with other departments to implement policies and procedures.
  • Advising on pay, promotion and benefits.
  • Overseeing staff discipline, welfare and related matters.
  • Developing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and attendance management.

Requirements:

  • Must be graduate in relevant field.
  • At least 2 or 3 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
