We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
