Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer / HR Assistant to join our team, primarily focused on recruitment activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in Human Resources who are eager to start their professional career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) (Mandatory)
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
