- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, joining formalities, and documentation
- Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and database accurately
- Coordinate attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and biometric records with relevant departments
- Prepare HR letters including employment certificates, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warnings, and experience letters
- Coordinate final settlements, resignation documentation, and exit clearance processes
- Assist payroll team by ensuring accurate employee data, attendance inputs, deductions, and overtime records
- Ensure implementation and compliance of company HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws
- Handle employee queries regarding attendance, leaves, policies, and HR procedures
- Generate HR operational reports including headcount, absenteeism, turnover and manpower status
- Coordinate with recruitment team for employee onboarding and position closures
- Support HR audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Assist management in employee engagement and disciplinary process documentation
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
