Admin & HR Coordinator

Note: Preference will be given to residents of DHA, Bahria Town, Rawat, Chakbeli khan raod and Zaraj Housing .

Job Description:

1. Managing Administrative Staff: You will be responsible for managing administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and assigning tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.

2. Facility Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's facilities, including the physical office space, equipment, and supplies. This includes coordinating with vendors and contractors as necessary to ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional.

3. Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing the department's budget, including developing and monitoring budgets, managing expenses, and preparing financial reports for senior management.

4. Office Operations: You will be responsible for overseeing office operations, including managing the front desk, coordinating mail and deliveries, managing office supplies, and ensuring that the office is running smoothly.

5. IT and Technology Management: You will be responsible for managing the company's IT and technology systems, including overseeing the maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software, managing user accounts and access, and ensuring that the company's technology infrastructure is secure and compliant with applicable regulations.

6. Event Planning: You will be responsible for planning and executing company events, including meetings, conferences, and social events. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring that events are successful and meet the company's objectives.

7. Health and Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that the workplace is safe and healthy for employees. This includes developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring that employees are aware of and adhere to these policies.

8. Overall, as an Admin Coordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring that the company's administrative operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that administrative services are aligned with the company's goals and objectives, and that employees have the resources they need to be productive and successful.

9. Admin will provide administrative support to the executive office and helps with tender document filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
