Position: Clinical Coordinator / Front desk
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7
Gender Preference: Females are highly preferred

Education Requirements:

• B.Com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or any relevant graduate degree (Minimum Graduation required)

Requirements & Skills:

• Well-groomed and confident personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong computer literacy
• Proactive, organized, and multitasking ability
• Customer-focused mindset

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist clients to ensure a premium customer experience
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and customer concerns professionally
• Manage daily administrative and operational activities of the branch
• Maintain accurate customer, financial, and statistical records
• Coordinate with doctors for appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and reminders
• Supervise administrative and janitorial staff
• Manage cash handling and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
