Capgemini Egypt is seeking a seasoned and proactive
Senior HR Operations Analyst
to lead and optimize HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire). This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in HR operations, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enhancing employee experience through process excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire to Onboarding:

Manage onboarding activities including documentation, system setup, and induction scheduling.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Capgemini policies during hiring.

Maintain accurate records in HRIS and subcontractor databases.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
-
Support contract renewals, extensions, and offboarding processes.

Manage employee data updates, role changes, and access provisioning.

Liaise with payroll and finance teams for timely payments and deductions.
HR Operations & Compliance:
-
Manage timely and accurate processing of HR transactions.
-
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
-
Handle policy implementation and process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Delivery teams.

Act as a point of contact for employees' queries related to HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or outsourcing environment.

Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and advanced MS Office skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
