Senior HR & Organizational Development Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives
• Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and culture initiatives
• Oversee recruitment strategy and employer branding efforts
• Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and compliance standards
• Manage change management and organizational transformation projects
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, organizational development, or people management roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to support business leaders and drive people-focused initiatives
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience in talent development, performance management, or culture initiatives is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• HR certifications are a plus but not required

Pay: RO2,800.000 - RO4,800.000 per month
