Senior HR Policy & Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Policy & ComplianceSpecialist to join our senior-level company network squad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards. This role is crucial for maintaining a fair, transparent, and performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with organizational needs and legal requirements.

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

· Partner with leadership to create policies that support technical teams, including network/security engineers and IT staff.

· Oversee disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policy.

· Conduct regular policy reviews, audits, and training sessions to ensure awareness and compliance across all levels.

· Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to ensure hiring and onboarding processes are policy-aligned.

· Advise management on employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management policies.

· Monitor workforce practices to ensure ethical, inclusive, and professional standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5+ years of HR experience with strong focus on policy development and compliance.

· In-depth knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, HR regulations, and HR frameworks.

· Proven track record in designing and implementing HR policies for mid-to-large organizations.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working with technical teams (Networking, IT, telecom, or IT security).
