Position: Senior HR Recruiter
Experience: 1-5YRS
Location: GOREGAON

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and senior-level roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce planning.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain talent pipelines and provide regular recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition & stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, social media hiring, and headhunting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
