Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Position Summary:

The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent across all departments. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and skilled at both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring panels.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to define job descriptions and role requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present regular reports to management.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR associates as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition ( preferred school or college is added advantages)
  • Proven experience managing high-volume and specialized recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
