Job Title: Experienced HR Recruiter – Rotational Shift

About the Company:

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT and BPO organization based in Kolkata, operating multiple international business processes — including Website Sales, ELD Sales (US Process), and Customer Support. We also have skilled teams in Web Development, Digital Marketing, PPC, Content Writing, and Key Account Management.

We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter who can efficiently handle end-to-end recruitment, employee management, and departmental coordination across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments including Sales, Support, and IT.
• Source, screen, and onboard 15–20 telesales agents per month for international processes.
• Handle technical hiring for roles such as Developers, Digital Marketers, PPC Executives, Content Writers, and Account Managers.
• Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and employee records across departments.
• Conduct interviews, salary discussions, and joinings as per organizational needs.
• Ensure timely submission of offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
• Coordinate with team leaders and department heads for manpower planning.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and administrative support activities.
• Oversee petty cash, attendance logs, and daily HR reports.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and focus on achieving all HR deliverables on time.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in HR Recruitment (International BPO or IT hiring preferred).
• Education: Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in mass hiring for Sales and Support processes.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring (Developers, Marketers, Designers, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts as per company requirements.
