Senior HR Recruiter

An HR recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. They work with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job postings, and use various channels like job boards and social media to find qualified candidates. Key duties also involve coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
