We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive on behalf of one of our leading IT clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and hiring timelines.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal channels.
Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment trackers & hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labour regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT / Sales roles (as applicable).
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
