Senior HR Recruiter

Overview

NESL-IT is looking for a high-performing Technical Recruiter who can take ownership of hiring and close multiple IT positions within tight timelines.

This is not a training role. We need someone who is ready to execute from day one, manage hiring pipelines independently, and deliver results without hand-holding.

About the Role

You will be responsible for hiring 2–4 technical roles simultaneously, including positions in MERN Stack, Full Stack, and AI/ML.

You will be provided with an ATS and tracking sheets and your role is to source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (MERN, Full Stack, AI Engineers)
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams
  • Maintain and update ATS and recruitment tracking sheets
  • Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines (target: within 30 days)
  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously with consistency and speed
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process

Who Should Apply

✔ 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT Hiring)
✔ Proven experience hiring for MERN Stack, Full Stack, or AI roles
✔ Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
✔ Experience using ATS and recruitment tracking tools
✔ Ability to work independently and handle pressure
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔ Results-driven mindset with urgency and ownership
