Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Evaluate candidates and maintain interview feedback
  • Manage offer negotiations and candidate follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
  • Familiarity with ATS and job portals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring practices

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bulk hiring or niche skill hiring
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Experience

  • 2–5 years (Senior Recruiter)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
