As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist to lead HR functions, support organizational development, and drive a positive, performance-oriented work environment.

Role Overview

The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage HR processes aligned with the company’s goals and culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes for various departments including production, design, sales, and administration.
  • Develop job descriptions, post vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and finalize selections.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and frequently required roles.

HR Operations & Policy Management

  • Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and offboarding procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Work closely with department heads to set KPIs, performance goals, and development plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support initiatives that promote teamwork, employee motivation, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support in payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance monitoring.
  • Ensure accuracy in benefits administration such as allowances, bonuses, and increments.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and assist in developing compensation structures.

Strategic HR Support

  • Assist management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
  • Drive HR automation, process improvement, and digital recordkeeping.

Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience (manufacturing or furniture industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, Pakistani labor laws, and modern HR practices.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities end-to-end.
  • Positive attitude and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
