Senior HR Specialist

We are looking for an “Senior HR Specialist ” to provide services for our client, whom we are consulting.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments, preferably with a completed master’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll, Labor Law, and Social Security Law applications
• Knowledgeable about current legislation and regulations
• Highly responsible and disciplined
• Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Good command of English
• Regularly follows and researches Labor Law, Social Security, and Occupational Health and Safety legislation

Job Description

• Ensure all processes are carried out within the legal framework by regularly monitoring legislation
• Manage employees’ payroll (timekeeping) and personnel records accurately
• Coordinate leave processes in accordance with company procedures
• Handle correspondence with official institutions regarding personnel matters and perform necessary follow-ups
• Prepare periodic reports on personnel costs and legal processes
• Execute all legal notifications related to employees on time and monitor the processes
• Ensure compliance of employment contracts with company procedures and regulations and follow up on them
