Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including counseling, handling complaints, conflict resolution, investigations, and policy guidance.
Liaise between employees and management to promote effective communication and a healthy work environment.
Administer compensation, benefits, and medical insurance programs and support the monthly payroll process in coordination with Finance.
Manage social insurance registrations, subscriptions, calculations, and official governmental forms (Forms 1, 2, 6) in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
Own the full attendance management cycle, including system records, overtime calculations, lateness, absenteeism, and attendance discrepancies.
Manage and track all types of leave (annual, sick, casual, unpaid), ensuring legal compliance and accurate balance updates.
Prepare and validate monthly attendance and payroll-related reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
Prepare, review, and maintain employee contracts, amendments, warnings, termination documents, and final settlements.
Support recruitment activities, including interviews, background checks, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
Conduct exit interviews and participate in employee separation processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, files, profiles, and HR data, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Communicate HR policies, compensation, and benefits information clearly to employees.
Participate in training, development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 – 7 years of relevant HR experience in an Employee Relations / Senior HR Specialist role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, attendance, and payroll support.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred).
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
