Senior HR Specialist - Benefits & Employee Relations

Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including counseling, handling complaints, conflict resolution, investigations, and policy guidance.
    • Liaise between employees and management to promote effective communication and a healthy work environment.
    • Administer compensation, benefits, and medical insurance programs and support the monthly payroll process in coordination with Finance.
    • Manage social insurance registrations, subscriptions, calculations, and official governmental forms (Forms 1, 2, 6) in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
    • Own the full attendance management cycle, including system records, overtime calculations, lateness, absenteeism, and attendance discrepancies.
    • Manage and track all types of leave (annual, sick, casual, unpaid), ensuring legal compliance and accurate balance updates.
    • Prepare and validate monthly attendance and payroll-related reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
    • Prepare, review, and maintain employee contracts, amendments, warnings, termination documents, and final settlements.
    • Support recruitment activities, including interviews, background checks, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
    • Conduct exit interviews and participate in employee separation processes.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, files, profiles, and HR data, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
    • Communicate HR policies, compensation, and benefits information clearly to employees.
    • Participate in training, development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
    • Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 – 7 years of relevant HR experience in an Employee Relations / Senior HR Specialist role.
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, attendance, and payroll support.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred).
    • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
