Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions,

with a primary focus on recruitment and additional responsibilities including employee engagement, compliance, HR operations and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels of positions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and create job descriptions.

HR Operations

  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and implement conflict resolution strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹820,068.83 - ₹1,135,196.04 per year
