Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, recognition, and motivation.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Work with managers to set clear performance goals and track progress.
- Provide support in conducting performance reviews and managing feedback processes.
- Attendance and Leave Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate monthly attendance reports and address any discrepancies.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and feedback collection.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution of HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in marketing agency will be plus point.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
