Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of proven HR experience with a strong command of employee onboarding, company policies, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ensure smooth employee orientation and joining formalities
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and workplace conflict resolution
  • Conduct salary discussions and negotiations professionally
  • Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Support management in strategic HR decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full grip on onboarding procedures and company policy management
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
