- Manage complete recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure smooth employee orientation and joining formalities
- Develop, implement, and enforce company HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and workplace conflict resolution
- Conduct salary discussions and negotiations professionally
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support management in strategic HR decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full grip on onboarding procedures and company policy management
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
