Senior Human Resources Advisor

We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources advisor to join our team. This person must be located in Charleston, SC, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Advisor, Specialist, or Coordinator with their SHRM certification.

You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, coaching, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.

We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Advisor who thrives in a consultative environment. Typical backgrounds that succeed in this role include HR Business Partners, HR Consultants, Senior HR Generalists, and HR professionals from PEO or outsourced HR service environments.
