ABOUT THE POSITION
The Senior Human Resources Analyst serves as a key contributor within the Court’s Human Resources Administration. In this role, you’ll take ownership of sophisticated HR work across one or more specialized functional areas—bringing insight, sound judgment, and a high level of independence to every assignment. You’ll collaborate closely with managers, supervisors, and employees, offering thoughtful guidance on a wide range of human resources matters. Your ability to interpret policy, analyze situations, and recommend effective solutions will make you a key contributor to the Court’s mission and culture. This recruitment will be used to fill current and future vacancies in multiple areas of Human Resources including Labor Relations, Equity, Accommodations and Leave Management, Recruitment and Staffing, Learning and Development, HR Information Systems, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management teams. Experience in all areas is not required or expected.

THIS IS A TELEWORK ELIGIBLE OPPORTUNITY
This position may be eligible for full or partial telework following an initial training period and contingent upon the needs of the Court.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the final filing date of this bulletin:

OPTION I:
Bachelor’s degree* from an accredited four-year college or university -AND- one (1) year of progressively responsible analyst-level** experience in one or more human resources functions.

OPTION II:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible analyst-level* experience in one or more human resources functions.

OPTION III:
A Master's degree or Juris Doctor* from an accredited college or university.

**Analyst-level work is defined as work performed to assist and support the organization's management by conducting research and making recommendations for the solution of problems such as organization, use of personnel or resources, budget allocation, and funds, workload and/or workload fluctuations, or programs and procedures for accomplishing work objectives.

Note:
Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio (e.g., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience). Overtime does not count toward additional credit.

EVALUATION:
Qualifying evaluation of education, training and experience based upon submitted application and supplemental questionnaire.

ASSESSMENT:
Applicants who best meet job-related qualifications will be invited to participate in the assessment process that may consist of any combination of written, performance, or oral appraisal to evaluate further job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants who successfully pass each (and all) recruitment steps will be placed on an eligible list which will remain active for approximately one (1) year and may be invited to participate in a selection interview. Other vacancies may be filled using this list.
