We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Human Resources Analyst to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, HR strategy, and manpower planning initiatives within a dynamic corporate environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capability, HR planning expertise, and the ability to support strategic workforce and compensation-related decisions through data-driven insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting activities across the organization.
- Analyze compensation structures, salary administration activities, and market competitiveness.
- Assist in salary reviews, promotions, grade changes, and organizational structure updates.
- Participate in budgeting and manpower planning exercises with business units.
- Conduct workforce analytics and prepare management reports and presentations.
- Support the administration and maintenance of salary grading and compensation frameworks.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and benchmarking exercises.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and recommendations for management.
- Assist in performance appraisal and merit increase processes.
- Maintain and update manpower planning records and HRMS data.
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding staffing plans, projections, and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including strong exposure to:
- Workforce / Manpower Planning
- HR Analytics
- Organizational Planning
- Salary Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using HRMS systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Strong reporting and data interpretation capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within large organizations or government/semi-government entities is preferred.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
