Senior Human Resources Analyst (Disability Management Compliance)

LACERA is now accepting applications for the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst (Disability Management Compliance). This individual is responsible for recruitment and selection, classification, worker's compensation or benefits administration. Incumbents are expected to be able to apply such skills and knowledge in the use and interpretation of the Civil Service Rules, the salary and benefit provisions of the County Code, the Interpretive Manual for County Pay and Benefit Provisions and other similar documents.

Qualified candidate with have a bachelor's from an accredited college AND two (2) years' experience in a staff capacity, analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, procedure, budget, or human resources. Or two (2) years' experience in a Los Angeles County departmental human resources office at the level of Senior Human Resources Assistant.
