Overview

The Network Wireless Service (NWS) Sr. Human Resources Business Manager (SHRBM) provides strategic and tactical HR support to business units. This role partners with executives to align human capital programs with organizational goals, driving performance, engagement, and cultural alignment.

The SHRBM manages generalist responsibilities including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organization design, change management, and executive communication. Data analysis and storytelling are key to delivering strategic messaging.
