Persistent Systems is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and developing a high-performing workforce. You’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers and employees. Your role will include growing and developing our team members and managers, as well as adapting cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the team’s development and growth. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.
