Senior HR Business Partner

What You’ll Do:
- **Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with business leaders to understand their challenges, align HR strategies, and deliver innovative solutions that drive performance.
- **Champion Talent Management: Lead initiatives around talent acquisition, development, and retention to ensure we attract and nurture the best talent in the industry.
- **Foster Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs that inspire and motivate teams, enhancing our company culture and driving results.
- **Drive Change:** Be a key player in shaping and executing transformational HR projects that enhance our organization’s agility and growth.
- **Lead with Data: Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making, guiding workforce planning, succession management, and talent development strategies.
- **Build an Inclusive Environment:** Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the company, ensuring a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience 10+ years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics to shape decisions.
- A passion for people and creating high-performing teams.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment is a plus!
If you think you have most of the following
qualifications;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering and/or other relevant areas

High level of English and Turkish proficiency

Minimum +10 years of work experience

Effectively create and leverage internal and external networks

Focus on continuous learning and an ability to effectively teach, coach, and influence others in order to motivate and gain appropriate buy-in to drive results

Ability to access, analyze, and deliver on data

responsibilities;

Partner closely with senior leadership and executive teams, acting as a trusted advisor to shape and drive the Employee & HR agenda in line with business strategy and growth priorities.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, enabling leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Act as a change leader, supporting transformation initiatives, organizational redesign, workforce planning, and succession planning in fast-evolving environments.

Own the end-to-end talent lifecycle—from onboarding to development, performance management, engagement, and exits—ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

Provide day-to-day people leadership guidance to managers, including coaching, performance conversations, career development, and employee relations, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits) through a strong One HR mindset to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

Lead meaningful career and development conversations, helping employees navigate growth opportunities, identify strengths and gaps and build sustainable career paths.

Support leaders in building high-performing teams, strengthening collaboration, morale, productivity and retention.

Drive a holistic HRBP approach for technology organizations, partnering with software development, data, product and platform teams to understand both people dynamics and business realities.

Enable HR practices within Agile and product-oriented environments, balancing speed, flexibility and structure while supporting modern ways of working.

Bring strong market insight into the
Technology talent landscape
, including talent availability, compensation benchmarks and candidate/employee experience trends.

Contribute to scaling and growth journeys, supporting organizations operating in high-growth, transformation-driven, and complex environments.
