Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About Cooler Master:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in human resources, including a solid background in a manufacturing environment.

This role will partner closely with site leadership to drive key HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. The Senior HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting both operational goals and people development, while collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery and compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
• Resolve employee relations issues and coach leaders through performance management, escalating when necessary.
• Analyze HR and business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive employee engagement and scalable HR solutions.
• Provide support for HR initiatives as needed, partnering with the HR team.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a greenfield/start-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
